Service Description

An 8-week compassion-first small group journey to create peace with food, your body, mind and beyond. Raise your hand if: You have really struggled with food in the past (and still continue to) You always feel like you're on a diet, or should be Accepting and loving your body feels impossible Food and thoughts around food take up a lot of head space You feel like you’ve struggled alone for far too long In this course we: Find more peace and freedom in eating Heal from long-term patterns to find more happiness now Cultivate the awareness to recognise and appreciate the parts of us around food, eating and body Step into the magic of compassion-first change Thrive again, with calm, energy and confidence This is not a rigid schedule; it will flex to meet the needs of the group: Week 1: Group connection, intentions, and DUMB goal setting. Week 2: Unconditional permission to eat Week 3: Honour your hunger Week 4: The food police Week 5: Respect your body Week 6: Befriending the inner critic Week 7: Understanding habits & all-or-nothing mindset Week 8: Reflections, celebrations, next steps
