Service Description
Note: it is *highly* recommended you complete our 'Peaceful Eating' course prior to this short course; often what we eat is the last piece of puzzle when we have a strong, peaceful relationship with food first. If you're not sure, we'd love to have a chat with you and help you figure out where to start. **The goal of this course is not specifically weight loss.** (we welcome, and work to, your specific individual goals) A 6 week course that provides actionable structure and small-group support with improving your nutrition foundations. Whether you're new to making changes to your nutrition, or you'd like to refocus, or optimise, this short course is perfect for bringing your nutrition habits into focus, with all the support along the way. We focus on the need-to-know info and figure out how to apply it to your life, with group connection and support in between sessions. A session might look like: check-ins sharing progress and challenges, introducing the new focus, breaking this down into actionable steps for the coming week, and check-outs. Week 1: plan, prioritize, prepare Week 2: eating regularly and slowly Week 3: hand-sized portions Week 4: adding fibre and colour Week 5: adding protein Week 6: celebrations, reflections, next steps
