Service Description
Find your flow with these introductory sessions to vinyasa flow yoga. We focus on building connection with breath and body, introducing and adapting common poses, use of props, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. This course is a great pairing with our Introduction to Breath Work and Introduction to Meditation courses, and these can be completed back-to-back or separately. This course is limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure plenty of individual time and attention. All mats and props provided. Price of the course included a hot drink and access to member's lounge after sessions.
