Service Description
We explore the fundamentals of our breath together over 4 weeks, during which we'll meet: - the mechanics of your breath - how to improve the quality of your breathing - ways to assess your breathing now and check-in with your breath - down-regulating breath work and importance of it - up-regulating breath work and when to use it - what *not* to do with your breathing Sessions will often include: - introducing new information and techniques - small, building to longer, practices - pair work - check-ins, shares and questions This course is limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure plenty of individual time and attention. All mats and props provided. Price of the course included a hot drink and access to member's lounge after sessions.
