Service Description

60 minute session including introduction, breath work and a longer meditation to integrate and finish. Some knowledge and experiences of breath work advised - our short course introduction to breath work is the perfect starting place before attending these sessions. Complete our time together by relaxing and chatting afterwards in our member's lounge. Only open to members.
