Taming the Racing Mind: Tips for Finding Calm in Chaos

Ever feel like it's a game of whack-a-mole with your thoughts and feelings?

it's called parts mapping

and I've used it for anything and everything with clients, including feelings around food and weight, going through a break up, making a decision, something happening that feels overwhelming, physical pain, burn out, anxiety, and more...

Remember, there's no right or wrong way to do this. It doesn't matter if we can't draw! What matters is that if what we're thinking and feeling feels represented on the page.

Interested to find out more about how to work with some of these parts? Then check out here - I offer a free discovery call and a sliding scale for those interested in working 1:1 on IFS with me.
