Meet the Parts around Anxiety

A lot of us feel anxious a lot of the time. Some might even say all time - it can certainly feel that way.


But you are not your anxiety. It is a part of you, not all of you.


It's important to note two things:

  • all parts of us are trying to help us; they have a best intention for us, even if the outcomes are unhelpful or harmful

  • this is just one way parts can be organised around anxiety, everyone is different so some of this might sound familiar and/or some of this might feel untrue for you.
