A lot of us feel anxious a lot of the time. Some might even say all time - it can certainly feel that way.
But you are not your anxiety. It is a part of you, not all of you.
It's important to note two things:
all parts of us are trying to help us; they have a best intention for us, even if the outcomes are unhelpful or harmful
this is just one way parts can be organised around anxiety, everyone is different so some of this might sound familiar and/or some of this might feel untrue for you.
