What is Fresh Air And?

Fresh Air And is a boutique fitness and wellness hub offering small group personal training and classes as well as events and short courses.

Are beginners welcome?
​
Yes, absolutely! Come on it, and we'll get you started. Our coaches are able to adapt sessions to you, meeting you where you're at. You'll get a warm welcome from our fitness family too!

What payment options are there?
​
To join weekly sessions, you'll need a membership. There is no minimum term to these, and you can pause and/or cancel at any time. For one-off workshops, events and courses, each are priced separately, and are payable upon booking.

What facilities are on site?
​
We have a member's lounge with comfy seating, and coffee bar (cuppa after class anyone?). There is also one toilet, which you can also use to change in, but no shower facilities. We have all the kit you need for your session, so no need to bring anything else with you.

How do I book a session?
​
First, pick which membership you'd like, and purchase that. You can then book onto any of the included weekly sessions on the timetable (only one-off events, workshops and courses are not included). You can also manage your bookings through the Wix Spaces app.

How do I a cancel a class?
​
You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours prior to your session start time. If you cancel within this 12 hour window, it will count as one of your monthly sessions. If a session is full, you can add yourself to the wait list.

Where can I park?
​
There is ample parking onsite. If there is no parking outside Unit 1, then please drive behind Unit 5, where there is additional parking to the back of the site. Please do not block access to the containers there.
