Join us for your end of week de-stress with this soothing sound bath with Hayley. Hayley uses both crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to create a space to deeply relax and unwind from your week. Sound baths are about creating the space to truly experience relaxation in mind and body.

Please arrive in plenty of time so you can get comfortable, and bring with you any blankets, pillows etc that might help you feel warm and comfortable.

One drink from our Nourish Station is included, and you are invited to stay after session to relax with a hot drink together.
