Join us for this 90 minute workshop where we explore the basics of getting upside down, including headstand, forearm stand and handstand.

We'll cover drills and exercises to build the strength and space through your core and upper body in order to be able to work towards a full inversion.

No prior experience is needed, but a willingness to have a go!
